Title: Measurement of Quasi-Real Compton Scattering at LEP We report on measurements of quasi-real Compton scattering at centre-of-mass energies between 20 GeV and 185 GeV, using the L3 detector at LEP. The analysis is based on data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 634.7/pb recorded at LEP centre-of-mass energies between 89 GeV and 202 GeV. A total of 7335 Compton scattering events are collected. Total and differential cross sections are presented and found to be in good agreement with QED expectations. The measurement of Compton scattering is used to derive exclusion limits on the coupling lambda for the on-shell production of an excited electron e* decaying into a gamma-e pair in the mass range 20 GeV < m(e*) < 200 GeV. The results presented in this note are preliminary. Parallel: 5 Plenary:7a
